Official documentation first
Feature, platform, export, and price claims begin with the provider’s own product, pricing, help, policy, or store documentation.
Transparent comparisons
We separate documented facts from editorial judgment, link to the source behind material product claims, and show when the information was checked.
Methodology last reviewed: July 28, 2026
Feature, platform, export, and price claims begin with the provider’s own product, pricing, help, policy, or store documentation.
A documented feature can be stated as a fact. “Best for” is an editorial fit judgment and is labeled as such.
Documentation research is not presented as hands-on testing. We do not claim to have paid for or performance-tested every plan.
Every research table shows a checked date. Providers can change their offer, and readers can report a correction to [email protected].
The five checks
Whether the documented input methods match the reader’s normal day: writing, voice, photos, structured fields, or a mixture.
Whether the product documents search, summaries, reports, prompts, or other ways to revisit older entries.
Whether an official page clearly documents an export path and format. “Not found” is not treated as proof that export is impossible.
Which current operating systems or web surfaces the provider officially lists.
The public USD price visible on an official provider page on the checked date, with regional variation noted where appropriate.
The public research page includes every row, its official source, the checked date, and a downloadable CSV.
