Terms of Service
The terms for using Kiomora on the web and, when launched, on iOS and Android.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Kiomora website or app, you agree to these Terms of Service. The Android app is available through an open Google Play test, and the iOS app is coming soon. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Kiomora.
2. About Kiomora
Kiomora is a personal life logging and memory system. It supports manual logs, Ask Kiomora, weekly and monthly reports, SuperLog, wellness, expense, note, habit, and progress tracking, private agent connections, plus optional social or Compete features. Kiomora is designed for personal organization, wellness, productivity, and reflection.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and the accuracy of the information you provide. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to abuse, scrape, or interfere with Kiomora. You must not use the app for illegal purposes, attempt to reverse engineer it, or upload harmful content or malicious code.
5. User Content and Logs
You retain ownership of your entries, logs, and user content. You give Kiomora a limited permission to host, transmit, transform, and process that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. This permission ends when the content is deleted, subject to protected backups and legal retention described in our Privacy Policy.
6. SuperLog and AI Outputs
SuperLog processes text, audio, or images you choose to submit into suggested structured logs. Automated outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. SuperLog provides a confirmation screen so you can review and change the suggested cards before saving. You are responsible for checking important information.
7. Free Features and Kiomora Plus
Manual tracking, Ask Kiomora, weekly reports, and monthly reports are free. Kiomora Plus unlocks SuperLog, increased Ask usage, and private MCP agent connections. Usage and safety limits may apply to both free and Plus features, and we may adjust those limits to protect reliability and prevent abuse.
New accounts receive three days of SuperLog access automatically. This access does not require a subscription or payment method and does not automatically convert into a paid subscription.
8. Store Subscriptions
When the apps and Kiomora Plus purchases launch, monthly and annual plans may be offered. Website pricing is indicative; the localized price, tax, billing period, renewal terms, and any store promotion shown on the final Google Play or Apple purchase screen control your purchase.
- Your subscription will be managed through the app store where you purchase Kiomora Plus.
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your app store settings before renewal.
- You can cancel anytime through your Google Play subscriptions on Android, or through your Apple ID / App Store subscriptions on iOS.
- Refunds are handled under the policies of the store where the purchase was made.
- Deleting your Kiomora account does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel it through the store where you subscribed.
9. Private Agent Connections
Kiomora Plus users may authorize a compatible external agent, such as ChatGPT, Codex, Claude Code, or another MCP client, to use supported Kiomora tools. An authorized connection acts on your behalf and may read your supported user-owned life data, create logs, correct individual records, and delete one specifically identified record after confirmation. Bulk deletion is not provided through the MCP connection.
- You are responsible for choosing and operating the external agent and for reviewing important tool actions.
- You must not connect an agent account or client you do not trust.
- External agent providers process your prompts and tool results under their own terms and privacy policies.
- Kiomora may refuse a tool call that lacks authorization, ownership, an active
superlog_plusentitlement, valid input, or required confirmation. - You can revoke a connection from the Kiomora Connections page. Losing Plus access also prevents connected agents from using Kiomora tools.
10. Health Data Permissions
If you enable health integrations such as Health Connect on Android or Apple Health/HealthKit on iOS, Kiomora requires your permission to read supported step and health data. This data may be used for app features and the Compete leaderboard where enabled. You can revoke these permissions at any time via your device settings.
11. Compete, Friends, and Groups
You control your sharing settings where provided. Leaderboards may show your shared stats to friends or groups. You agree not to manipulate or cheat the Compete features.
12. No Medical or Emergency Advice
Kiomora is a personal tracking and reflection tool. Kiomora does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and is not an emergency service. Always consult a qualified professional for health concerns and contact local emergency services in an emergency.
13. No Financial Advice
Expense tracking in Kiomora is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, tax, or investment advice.
14. Ask Kiomora Limitations
Ask Kiomora answers questions using relevant saved account context and automated processing. Responses may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. They are memory and reflection aids, not professional advice, and must not replace your own records or qualified judgment.
15. Service Changes and Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue certain features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or availability.
16. Account Deletion and Export
You may delete your account using the in-app settings or by contacting our support email. Deletion and retention are governed by our Privacy Policy. Kiomora does not currently provide a complete self-service data export or account archive. A Plus user's ability to retrieve supported records through an authorized MCP client is limited retrieval, not a complete export.
17. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Kiomora is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that every feature, result, report, or response will be complete, accurate, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kiomora and its creator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
18. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in abusive behavior.
19. Governing Law
Unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws, these Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to Kiomora.
