Delete your Kiomora account
Clear instructions for deleting an account, starting over, and managing store subscriptions.
Account and data control options
Option 1: Delete your account
Removes your profile and user-owned app data from Kiomora's active systems, subject to limited backup, security, billing, and legal retention described in the Privacy Policy.
- Open the Kiomora app
- Go to Settings
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm deletion
Alternatively, email [email protected] from your account email to request manual account deletion. We aim to process a verified manual deletion request within 7 business days. For security, we may ask you to verify your identity.

Option 2: Reset data with Start Over
If you want to keep your Kiomora account and settings but clear out all your tracked history to start fresh:
- Open the Kiomora app
- Go to Settings
- Tap the Start Over button
- Confirm the action to clear all existing data
Delete individual entries
You have full control over your day-to-day entries. If you only want to remove a specific log (like a note, wellness entry, or task) from the database:
- Locate and tap on the specific log or entry inside the app
- Click on the delete button to permanently remove that log from the database
What gets deleted
- account profile
- logs
- notes
- health data
- expense data
- SuperLog data
- user-owned app data
What may not be deleted immediately
- Google Play or Apple App Store subscription/payment records
- legally required records
- temporary backups/logs if applicable
Before you delete
Kiomora does not currently provide a complete self-service account archive. Kiomora Plus users can retrieve supported records through an authorized MCP client, but that does not include every account field, file, or service record. Review anything else you need before deleting your account, because deletion cannot be undone after it completes.
Google Play cancellation
- Open Google Play Store
- Tap profile icon
- Tap Payments & subscriptions
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select Kiomora
- Tap Cancel subscription
Apple/App Store cancellation
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
- Tap your Apple ID/name
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select Kiomora
- Tap Cancel Subscription
