Built around actual records

A map is useful when it changes the next question

Coverage shows how often something meaningful was recorded, while momentum compares the latest seven days with the seven before them. Neither number says whether a busy or quiet period was good.

Weekday consistency can reveal when logging fits naturally into your routine. A long gap can reveal friction, travel, rest, or simply missing information. The map provides a prompt for review, not an explanation.

Common questions

What counts as an active day in this analyzer?

Mark a day active when it contains a meaningful record for you. In Kiomora, Home Life Map activity can come from notes, daily logs, food, expenses, activity, weight, or progress photos.

How does a protected rest day work?

After 5 active days, the model can protect one completed inactive day without increasing the streak. Another inactive day breaks it until activity builds again.

Does today count as a missed day?

No. An inactive today does not automatically consume rest protection or break the modeled streak because the day is still in progress.
